Did you know that in our culture, trans people are assaulted at four times the rate of others of us. Just being trans is, by itself an extremely dangerous life. Imagine if every time you walked out your door, or interacted with another human in any way, there was a 4x greater risk of that person assaulting you than the rest of us?
